Water-based, room-temperature, heavy-duty anti-corrosion mineral coating is an innovative formulation based on inorganic materials such as nano‑ and micro‑scale mineral powders. It is an environmentally friendly product that uses water as a diluent, offering superior performance: non‑toxic, odorless, environmentally benign, fast‑curing, high‑viscosity, suitable for thin‑coat applications, with excellent physical properties and chemical stability. It can withstand high temperatures and meet the demanding requirements of variable climates and harsh working conditions, providing long‑term durability to the substrate and effectively extending its service life.
Application areas
Room-temperature corrosion protection (100°C to –50°C) is suitable for application on metal and cement-concrete surfaces. Marine engineering, Marine equipment, coastal and wharf structures, offshore oil platforms; highway guardrails, bridges, ships, and railway infrastructure; the energy, cement, metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical, and food-processing industries; medical and machinery equipment; oil pipelines, oil tanks, natural gas storage tanks, gas holders, and power transmission facilities.
