Frequently Asked Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Could you please provide a sample? Is there a charge for the sample?

Samples are available. Jade glass, mineral coatings, and ceramic raw materials can all be requested for trial samples. A sample fee applies to standard small‑size samples; this fee will be credited toward the order amount upon placement of a bulk order, as agreed. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. For specific specifications, please contact our sales representative.

How long is the quotation period? How long will it take to deliver?

Upon receipt of the customer’s detailed requirements—including specifications, quantities, application scenarios, and technical parameters—we will provide a formal quotation within 1–2 business days. Delivery lead times will be confirmed based on product type and order volume: ceramic raw materials and coatings are typically in stock for 7–15 days, while custom jade‑glass products will have lead times determined separately according to processing complexity.

Can I visit the factory in person?

Customers are welcome to schedule an on-site visit to our factory and showroom. Please arrange your appointment with the sales team in advance to ensure smooth reception, sample demonstrations, and a guided tour of our production lines.

Can the product provide a test report?

All products are accompanied by corresponding third-party certification reports (e.g., SGS, physicochemical testing), covering environmental compliance, fire resistance, corrosion protection, heavy metal content, and performance specifications. Upon order placement, a copy of the report can be provided with the shipment, and an electronic version is available upon request from customer service.

Do you offer project customization and sample-based development?

Support is available. Maboli Jade & Glass offers custom solutions for dimensions, textures, and irregular shapes; ceramic glazes and pigments can be fine-tuned to suit customers’ kilns and body compositions; and mineral coatings can be tailored to meet specific project operating conditions. For customization, please provide sample materials and operating‑condition specifications; certain customizations may incur a fee for development and trial samples.

What are the payment methods?

Upon signing the standard contract, a down payment will be made; the balance will be paid upon completion of production and passing inspection, after which shipment will be arranged. For international trade orders, FOB and other trade terms can be negotiated, with the final terms subject to the official contract.
